Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation terms are transparent and traveller-friendly. All refund percentages below are calculated on the base cruise price (excluding third-party fees and any non-refundable deposits).

Refund Schedule

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus 5% administration fee
• 30–60 days before departure: 70% refund
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
• Under 15 days: 25% refund

Date Changes

Date changes are free if requested 30+ days before departure and are subject to availability. Later changes are treated as a cancellation + rebooking.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical events, and trip interruptions outside of these terms.
