Which day of the week does the trip start?
The cruise boards in Aswan on the day your ship sails. Each ship leaves Aswan on set weekdays, so we set your Cairo arrival two days before the sailing that suits your dates. If your flights land another day we match a ship that sails then — same route, same level.
Can the itinerary be customized?
Yes — it's private, so days can be reordered, hotels swapped, the cruise upgraded or extended to 4 nights, and Abu Simbel, Alexandria or the Red Sea added. Tell us what you want in the form.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
A 20% deposit confirms your booking, paid by secure card link or bank transfer, and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Cancellation is free up to 45 days before arrival (60 days for Christmas, New Year and Easter dates); after that the charges in our Cancellation Policy apply. Domestic flight tickets already issued are refunded minus the airline’s fees.
Is Egypt safe for tourists right now?
Yes. Cairo, Luxor and Aswan are Egypt's most established tourist zones, and you're with a private guide and driver the whole way. Our local team is on WhatsApp 24/7 during your trip.
Do I need a visa?
Most nationalities get a visa on arrival for $30 or an e-visa in advance. Passport valid six months. We confirm your case in the quote.
What about food allergies and dietary needs?
Tell us when you book — hotels and the ship handle vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal easily; severe allergies are briefed to every kitchen in writing.
How much should I tip?
Budget about $8–10 per person per day covering guide, driver and cruise crew. We give you a simple envelope guide so nothing feels awkward.
