Is there a Nile cruise on this trip?
Yes — four nights, sailing from Luxor to Aswan, with all meals on board and every temple on the way guided by your Egyptologist.
Which day does the trip start?
Each ship sails from Luxor on fixed weekdays, so we set your Cairo arrival two days before the sailing that suits your dates. Tell us when you want to travel and we match the two.
Is Abu Simbel included?
Yes. On the last morning you drive from Aswan to Abu Simbel before dawn — about three hours each way — for the temples of Ramses II and Nefertari, then come back to leave the ship and fly to Cairo.
Do I need a visa?
Most nationalities get a visa on arrival for $30 or an e-visa in advance. Passport valid six months with a blank page. We confirm your case in the quote.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
A 20% deposit confirms your booking, paid by secure card link or bank transfer, and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Cancellation is free up to 45 days before arrival (60 days for Christmas, New Year and Easter dates); after that the charges in our Cancellation Policy apply. Domestic flight tickets already issued are refunded minus the airline’s fees.
How much should I tip?
Budget about $8–10 per person per day covering the guide, the driver and the cruise crew. We give you a simple envelope guide so nothing feels awkward.
