Solaris II is a Deluxe Nile cruise ship of 74 cabins, sister to the Solaris I, about 72 metres long and built to Germanischer Lloyd standards. Its doubles are about 30 m² and its Royal Suite about 90 m² — the largest suite in our records. It sails 3 nights Aswan to Luxor and 4 nights Luxor to Aswan. From $700 per person, the same rate all year.
Solaris II is the larger of the two Solaris ships and the one to pick for space: its double cabins are about 30 m², well above the 20 to 22 m² most ships we sell offer, and its Royal Suite of about 90 m² is the largest suite in our records. The rate is the same all year.
There are 50 twin cabins, 17 doubles of about 30 m², 3 single cabins of about 18 m² and 4 suites: a Royal Suite of about 90 m², a Queen Suite of about 60 m² and standard suites of about 40 m². Each is air-conditioned, with a panoramic window and a private bathroom.
Four decks plus a sun deck carry the pool, the restaurant and a lounge bar, with entertainment in the evenings. There is no lift.
