Regency was built in 1992 and refurbished in 2018. Its 52 cabins all face the river, and the restaurant seats every guest at once — no second sitting. There is no lift.
There are 50 cabins of about 20 m² and 2 suites of about 25 m², on three decks. Eight cabins on the lowest deck have fixed windows; all the others have a French balcony. Every cabin has a desk, air-conditioning, satellite TV, a safe, a minibar, a hairdryer and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The two suites sit at the front of the middle deck, with a larger living area.
The outdoor deck is on two levels, with a splash pool and a hot tub. Inside are a lounge bar, a massage area, a small gym, a library, a shop and free Wi-Fi.
