MS Acamar is the Luxury ship we suggest first when someone in the party finds stairs hard. A lift runs to every cabin — only three ships in our Luxury category have one — and four cabins of about 26 m² are laid out for guests with reduced mobility. The hull dates from 2003, when it sailed as Amarco; it was renovated in 2008 and took the Acamar name in 2018.
Most of the 54 are standard cabins of about 21 m², with soundproof panoramic windows, a bathtub, air-conditioning, a minibar, satellite TV, a safe and a tea-and-coffee tray. Above them are two Presidential Suites of about 27 m² and two Royal Suites of about 52 m².
The sun deck has the pool; inside are a full spa, a gym, a bar and the restaurant, which serves full board and can cater for special diets if you tell us when you book.
